Andy Hofheimer
For 35 years, Andy Hofheimer has led a team of real estate professionals with exceptional talents for dissecting markets and creating spectacular big box retailing venues. As one of the founding partners of Regency Centers; a nationally recognized REIT that has developed, owned, and operated more than 420 successful shopping centers across America, his teams have identified and secured key sites where Merchants can serve multitudes of their customers with a strong propensity to buy exactly what they’re selling.
Over the years, Andy and his team procured more than 300 locations for retailers, such as Whole Foods Market, Costco, Stein Mart, Books-A-Million, Shoe Carnival, Fresh Market, and Conn’s HomePlus. Sitehawks is the focused and natural evolution of those store development skills for expanding Merchants.

With a background that bridges real estate, business strategy, and technology, Andrew brings a unique perspective to every project. He grew up accompanying his father, Andy, on real estate trips and earned both his private pilot’s license and Florida real estate license by the age of 21. After graduating from Washington & Lee University, he spent four years in sales and marketing with a Fortune 500 company in Atlanta before returning to Florida to earn his master’s from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. Over the next decade, he led business development and growth operations at startups and tech companies—including Voalte/Hillrom and Compass Real Estate—helping them scale rapidly while sharpening his ability to identify opportunities and apply technology for next-level insights and faster execution.
At Sitehawks, Andrew draws on that experience and his deep real estate roots to lead growth strategy and site selection. In just a few years, he’s built a track record of uncovering and delivering strategic opportunities for clients including Whole Foods, Costco, Harbor Freight Tools, and Electrify America.
